Neighborhood Book Exchanges

Neighborhood Book Exchange

Have you ever walked past a little box shaped like a house with books inside that reads, “Take a book, share a book?” These are “Neighborhood Book Exchanges” also known as “Little Free Libraries.” They are an adorable way to keep books from cluttering up your home.

I have a habit of checking my local neighborhood book exchange once a week while out for a walk. I don’t hold onto books unless they are my most cherished ones which I know I’ll read again and again; so having a nearby place to drop off ones I’ve finished with is very convenient, and I feel especially connected to my community.

Look up your local mini-library here. If you don’t have one in your neighborhood, you can start your own!

If you have way too many books, I can help! Contact me or book now to get support with your book clutter.
